Track your readers in WideWord

Posted by Pelle Mon, 23 Jan 2006 09:44:12 GMT

Thanks to Robert another time, I have now added a last accessed time to your readers and participants of your WideWord documents.

What does this mean exactly? Lets say you have sent a link for a proposal to someone. Before you couldn’t see if he had read the proposal. Now you can.

To view this go to the “Manage participants” screen. If a user has accessed a document it will tell you right next to his email address.

Remember though, I did not store this information before Saturday the 21st. If you shared a document before then you will not have any way of seeing if they accessed it before. However if someone accesses it in the future it will get recorded.
