Carrier problems, paranoical panic followed by relief and superb service

I was nearly having a panic attack (see Am i the latest Danish victim of Islamist hackers? ). But all is now well.

I couldn’t access this blog, WideWord nor WideBlog . Even my hosting provider EasySpeedy were down. Was I the latest victim of islamist hackers ? In these times we tend to be a bit jumpy in Denmark. In particular the intermittent access I had sounded like a Denial of service attack.

I sent a frantic email to their support department and they replied to me personally within 5 minutes with a calming email letting me know that everything is fine now and that one of their carriers had a minor break down.

I have written about these guys before when someone was spamming from their network. I really can not recommend them enough from their incredibly transparent pricing structure to their fantastic server management system.
